Our monthly maintenance plans are tailored to your home, its systems and its finishes. Depending on your property, services may include:
Home walkthroughs: Interior and exterior observations, visible leak checks and documentation of maintenance concerns.
Routine system care: HVAC filter replacement, condensate-line care, water-softener checks and visual checks of applicable equipment.
Doors, windows and hardware: Inspection, cleaning, lubrication and minor adjustments.
Interior finish care: Checks of cabinetry, millwork, stone, tile, wood floors and wallpaper, with minor paint touch-ups and caulk repairs as appropriate.
Exterior upkeep: Drainage and roof-deck checks, accessible debris removal, gate lubrication and light power washing of suitable surfaces.
Specialty feature checks: Visual or operational checks of features such as pool equipment, wine storage, generators and lifts, where included in your plan.
